Hailey is a licensed esthetician and proud Solon native who graduated from La’ James College in 2025. Her journey into esthetics began with her own personal skin challenges, which gave her firsthand understanding of how deeply skin health can impact confidence and overall well-being. She blends results-driven technique with a calming, restorative touch — creating treatments that support both healthy skin and total relaxation.

Hailey is passionate about helping clients feel comfortable, educated, and confident in their skin. As she continues to expand her skills and certifications, she looks forward to offering even more services to the Solon community she calls home.

Heather, a 2001 graduate of the cosmetology program at Capri College, has built an impressive and diverse career. Following her graduation, she has excelled in various roles, such as earning The President's Award as a master stylist, teaching at Capri College, owning her own business, and acquiring several certifications, including a class on 5-point Head and Face Massage. Recently, Heather has furthered her expertise by completing a certification in Japanese Scalp Treatment.

Melissa, who completed the Esthetics program at Capri College in 2021, continued her education by graduating from Carlson College of Massage in early 2022. Over the past three years, she has perfected her skills while working in a spa environment. Melissa is now thrilled to bring her diverse talents to Soothe.

Bobby's approach is grounded in attentive listening and a deep understanding of human anatomy, enabling him to apply targeted massage techniques that address specific areas of discomfort. A strong advocate for self-care, Bobby believes in prioritizing well-being, stating simply, "Because you deserve it."

She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Iowa in 2001, the same year she graduated from Eastwind School of Holistic Healing and Massage. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Heather offers a nurturing and therapeutic approach to massage that supports both physical relief and emotional well-being.
