No. Wellness Bank contributions are non-refundable and have no cash value. Funds may be redeemed for eligible purchases at Soothe.

How do bonus credits work?

Bonus credits are awarded every six months based on the tier maintained for the full six-month qualification period.

To receive a tier's bonus credit, that tier must remain active for six consecutive months. If you upgrade or downgrade your tier, a new six-month qualification period begins on the date of the change.

What is the birthday enhancement?
