Sound Healing

During Sound Healing, also known as a Sound Bath, you’ll rest peacefully on the massage table and simply listen as Tonya Alvarado plays a variety of instruments as you “bathe” in the soothing sounds and vibrations. The sound frequencies then slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body’s system of self-healing. Sound Healing may help clear energetic blockages, boost your health, and support mental, emotional, and spiritual well being.  It’s also super relaxing.

 

Singing bowls, gongs, Tibetian bowls, tuning forks, and drums are examples of the instruments that are used in sessions.

 

Sound Healing may be booked as a massage combo, Reiki combo, or stand-alone service.
